Job description

As a Technical Law Enforcement Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in providing IT support and technical assistance in our platform Griffeye Analyze, to law enforcement agencies around Europe. You will be the interface between Griffeye HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, and law enforcement agencies in the DACH region, ensuring that their technical queries are resolved in a timely manner. Your work will involve building long-lasting relationships with people and organizations within Law Enforcement, providing technical support to customers, organizing training initiatives, and contributing to marketing efforts.

To give some examples, your daily work will include:

• Troubleshooting and supporting end-users with technical and application issues in Griffeye Analyze

• Meeting current and new customers, understanding their requirements and field-related questions

• Addressing critical, analytical, technical, and operational issues

• Collaborating and communicating with technical and non-technical personnel

• Collaborating within the DACH Team to evaluate outreach and initiatives

• Gathering requirements and user needs from the DACH market to report back to Griffeye R&D teams

• Staying updated on products and competitors

• Attending PR/Marketing efforts such as webinars, workshops, and conferences in the DACH region

To succeed in this role

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in providing IT support to law enforcement agencies and an existing professional network in the area. 

We also believe you have the following:

• Excellent skills in digital investigations and/or computer forensics
  
• Experience from being ex-law enforcement or similar
  
• Excellent computer skills and technical capacity
  
• Ability to work remotely and independently (It is expected that you are located in Germany / DACH region)
  
• Excellent communication and people skills, capable of building long-term relationships and trust

• Fluent in English and German
